I work a regular full-time job and normally file a W2 form on my taxes every year with zero dependants. This year however, I began selling designer handbags on Ebay in November and have since grossed about $10,000 more or less. With this additional income, how do I claim a return on my taxes for this. It is alot of money and I want to report it to the IRS because I dont want them knocking my door down later. Is there another form that I have to file instead or do I keep using the same W2 to file both incomes? I have no idea about this stuff and tax season is coming up so I definetly want to be prepared. Please advise! Thanks!

If i make 65,000 a year and single/independent, how much will i receive in tax return if i claim my brother as one of my dependents? He has had no income this year and is considered an adult.
I live in LA,CA.
Can someone give me an estimate assuming im paying 25%~ tax?
HR calculator seems a bit off, they say i only get taxed 16% but i actually get taxed 26%

I have a friend who sold a house and lost money. She does not live in US. When the house was sold at a loss, she still has Federal Income Tax withheld. How can she claim the tax return from the Federal government?
She has a federal identification number. Can that be her ITIN?
It seems not easy to get an ITIN because she lives in Asia. Is there a deadline for her to file tax return in US?
